Dissection


This week in both zoology and biology class, the students will be dissecting perch. With the help of their dissection kits and guides, the students will be able to correctly identify the organ systems of these fish. Perch, though they come in three different species, are from the Order Perciformes which comes from the Greek word "perke" meaning "spotted" and the Latin word "forma" meaning "shape". Mrs. Roy
